After breakfast at the hotel, our representative guide will pick you up at 0830am to head to Monywa by private coach. Monywa lies 136 km north-west of Mandalay. It is famous for the Standing Buddha Statue which is the second tallest in the world. As a first sightseeing,  we will visit Thanboddhay pagoda, one of the most intricately decorated temples housing over 500,000 Buddha images. And then we will visit Bodhi Thataung Standing Buddha Statue, which is the second tallest Buddha image in the world. You can go inside the Buddha statue and go up by using stairs. Inside, there are paintings which depict Buddhist heaven and hell. Proceed to Po Khaung Taung, a small range of hills in the Monywa area. There are one thousand Bodhi trees and each tree has a large Buddha image underneath. After that we will visit Aung Sakkya pagoda which is located on Po Khaung Taung. It is surrounded by more than 1000 smaller pagodas and enshrines thousands of Buddha images. Shwe Ba hill. And then proceed to Shwe Ba Hill and Shwe Gu Ni Pagoda. Shwe Ba Hill is located on the west bank of Chindwin river .  Many caves and temples are carved o ut from the surrounding volcanic rocks and filled with ancient Buddha Images. 13th century mural paintings can be seen in some of the caves inside walls. Those caves and temples are between the walk through narrow cliffs which is lead down by stone stairs. Shwe Gu Ni pagoda is about 20 miles east of Monywa, there is a famous Shwe Gu Ni Pagoda dating from the 14th century. The 33 meters high Buddha Image is sticked by gold foils and the original face of Buddha Image is hardly to see because of a thick quote of gold. And then transfer to hotel for check in.
